@@surbhigrover2678 you have to turn off secure boot in your pc , search yout laptop brand name and then search disable secure boot. for eg mine is HP so i fixed it by searching hp turn off secure boot. it will then allow you to go easily to testing mode

Brother, permanent solution is not available from software. In this condition the CPU has to be reballed. Because I have been to OnePlus service center as a service engineer so I know.

@@GregorySkeete okay so I mean that there isn't any risk as this is the same method used by the repair center to fix your device once it's dead, hard bricked or in Qualcomm crashdump mode and I tried and tested many drivers and and roms after which I find the exact files u need to have to have this working and finally made a video on it ! So u can go ahead and try this method it will work until and unless there isn't any hardware issue

@@vikastripathi1397 Actually there is a way that worked for me, not sure it works for you 1) Turn off the phone 2) connect the charger 3) once it shows that your phone is charging, hold the power button and turn on the device 4) the device will boot normally and if you were lucky you would get into the home screen
