Whitetail Patches Of Skin/Hair Missing

On a morning turkey hunt and visitors showed up. What’s with the missing patches of skin/hair. The only other time I have seen this is a doe I came across on an Ohio Bowhunt on State Land. The doe had 3 patches missing and it almost looked surgical. I felt the doe and it was warm and breathing it was just out cold. It felt creepy & I bailed the area.
