I think William is really trying to help Harry. He is seeing how his brother is suffering... he knows better than anyone the struggles Harry had to overcome. This is just his way of helping his brother by bringing awareness to men’s mental health. What a great big bro.

Mental health affects everyone but unlike physical health issues, we are less likely to talk about it, and for men it can seem demeaning to open up about these struggles. Its good that we are having more programmes talking about this and making it ok to discuss it publicly

Jake Bolger Well go back to women’s magazines photos are edited etc and for women to feel like they need to look / dress a certain way.
Well Instagram is basically the modern version of this in my view lots of pressure for people thinking they need to be looking like a model and rich and successful with expensive clothes etc and it messes with people’s heads. That they feel they need to be seen this way to feel self worth.
It’s all bullshit just do you.

William , that's all very nice showing how lots of CEOs are doing well despite suffering from depression. The problem is though that men are valued in society by how much money they have. So we really need to also demonstrate that people who don't make a lot of money and have desperation can also feel like they have something to live for.

JJ was just saying about something that Danny had said to him about how he must go home, he was missing home and he said that he was quite dismissive and basically just ignored but looking back was it in fact a sign that something more serious was going on.
Without wanting to be too critical of JJ I am noticing things about life in general as I am getting older and that is no matter how random things may appear especially at the time I believe that things happen for a reason. Whether or not you can actually see what it is, right there and then or even sometime later or perhaps not at all doesn't really mean that there's nothing going on.
Truth can often be stranger than fiction.

It’s always so hard to talk about mental health issue and depression. I never told anyone at my family about my struggles, maybe part of it is because Of my sexuality and being in closed. I had been in therapy and antidepressants which I just stoped taking it after six months and trying just to improve with therapy but often you feel judged and also you feel guilty and burden to family and friends if you talk about it. Then you go in twitter and see people like Piers Morgan telling you to toughen up and you feel like maybe it’s your fault and you not being tough enough, but that’s not the case, it takes so much work to improve a bit and you always can go back to it, I’ve been on and off for last ten years and I feel very determined this time to kick this disease off for good and look only on positive, work everyday for the rest of your life cause depression sometimes is like addiction, you get familiar with it and you can plunge into it again and it’s everyday work for me. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and remember we all can do it no matter if you a man, woman, teenager, gay or straight, talk to someone cause people will listen more than you think and will help you more than you expect.

matt & LDN stay strong my man. Was in the exact same boat as you when I was 18, 3 years ago. Closeted, questioning myself why I am like this which made me heavily depressed causing me not to be able to eat sleep or socialise for an entire year. And then one day I was having a “good day” and decided to speak up which done me the world of good. Came out of the closet which helped definitely. I still have my bad days but I just learn ways of how to cope with them and ensuring the good days outweigh the bad. Never listed to close minded people like piers Morgan, he’s insensitive thoughtless and egotistical. If you ever need to talk about anything, I’m always here.

      Nicholas T let's elaborate...
Boys talk about it in what way? What do they experience?
Social media, drugs, girls, money, looking at the rich, friends leaving them for others who are better? More? Go on...
      But men...
They work for the house, provide everything for every family member, not sleeping till they get the necessities of the house, consistency of getting food on the table, and probably more
Morally, kids shouldn't care about anything to have depression, anxiety, or anything in relation only if they are sick then ok but normally they shouldn't care about anything because they are not made yet for it

I, myself am Autistic and wasn't really diagnosed with my Asperger's syndrome until summer of 2017.
Some of the phrases I often got hurled at me, were you need to "man up", you need to "toughen up" and all the time the type of people who were supposed to be there to help you weren't really helping you at all and instead were simply heaping more pressure on you and bringing your self-esteem down lower & lower.
There's an old saying that loose lips sink ships, it must date back to the war time and life on board Royal Navy vessels it's a pity that a helluva lot of people around the world today couldn't really bear that saying in mind before opening their mouths and coming out with load of verbal diahorrea as they often do.

I get asked why I still workout. You're married now have a house and a kid. I have always done it for my mind. That's it. Moving around makes you feel better. Being stagnant makes me depressed. I struggle especially in the winter months. Extremely tired, irritated, not motivated and anxious. I sometimes feel uneasy going to a store to buy something. Work is about to start, anxiety kicks in, prickly skin and I start to sweat. I look around for what I can ingest to make it go away. I'm ultra aware of it. I feel everything and I also feel nothing as well. I crumble when stressed as well. My cousin took his life, my dad passed away, my dad's brother still lives on the streets to this day. If he is even alive still. Addiction and mental illness were things talked to me as a kid. Always warned about it. I didn't believe it. It's as real as anyone can feel. Being alive is hard. Life is extremely hard yet amazing.

If anyone is struggling with mental illnesses there is a great psychiatrist called Daniel Amen, he runs a podcast with his wife called The Brain Warriors Way. He has over 30 years of experience working with individuals struggling with mental health issues, I agree that speaking about issues is vital. An issue discussed is a burden shared from your shoulders, I appreciate the need for medication regarding depression and anxiety however quite often natural solutions can benefit people too. I wish the peace of mind for anyone reading this who struggles with any sort of mental illness, there is support out there and these issues can be resolved.

The reason why men commit suicide later on in life is down to hormones, or the lack off.
Women get HRT and it’s seen as normal but if men ask for testosterone replacement it’s frowned upon.
Midlife crisis is all they say but men hate loosing muscle, putting on weight, lack of libido, no energy and it’s all down to low testosterone.
The government doesn’t want an aging population so this issue will never be addressed through the NHS

    Mental Health!
What is a Mind And which mind is Healthy?
    That becomes the Question Prince.
A mind is the result of exercise and use of the brain. A healthy brain, when exercised properly, brings forth actions that go in line with the word GOOD. Kinda of like the 10 commandments that Moses brought to his People.
    1) Thou shalt have no other gods before me
    2) Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image
    3) Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain
    4) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy
    5) Honor thy father and thy mother
    6) Thou shalt not kill
    7) Thou shalt not commit adultery
    8) Thou shalt not steal
    9) Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor
    10) Thou shalt not covet
And when the Almighty King, "The King Of All Kings" was asked which one of them is the most important, He replied: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”
You see there Prince; One day you gonna be a King and as a Brother, I know that you have gone through enough in life to know the importance of the Law which The King Of All Kings summed up in just 2 sentences. And he did sum them up in Two sentences because they have so much weight that they were written in stone to be carried around and looked upon and constantly exercised the brain to remember them at all times. But 10 were too many for any of us to remember in our brain and carry in our hearts. So, He summed them up in just two sentences.
The crazy part is that our Minds are polluted with so much unrighteous thoughts that even the two sentences are too hard to remember.
How does all this apply to our healthy Mind.... well, what person has a healthy mind when he or she makes God to be anything that they want, or when they use gods name to do evil, and lies, steals, murders, bears false witness, even when they covet? Does a Properly exercised brain produces such mind that does all those acts mentioned above and is to be called healthy?
Does that Remind you of any events in the recent past where all the 10 Commandments were violated by someone close to you?
They do to me; You see in my case my brother, My Identity was stolen from birth. And when I found out the truth, they even used the law of Man to violate me.
Now, these same Men are the ones who say that they are saved by The King of All Kings because they placed their faith in him and his works, but yet their actions have been nothing of the Great King. What healthy mind would do such actions and say such things?
The Hypocrisy of these little Devils makes me say; What world of reality are you living in?
You are the one who needs counseling on the mind. Start by reading Gods law and hold it in your heart at all times, and let it be shown in every single action.
Oh Prince, The mockery that goes on in this world is surreal. But there will come a time when they will be mocked and wished that their Brain was not just a tissue but a muscle that was properly exercised and through actions produced healthy fruits.
