    In this 50 mins yoga class, Iyengar teacher Juan Carlos will guide you through a flow-based sequence that aims to activate the entire body. This flow-style practice is energizing, moving into stiff areas slowly. The opening that comes is gradual as you move from one area to another in an organic way. If you are a beginner, and you are seeking to practice Iyengar yoga at home, this is a good start. This sequence is also perfect for men who want to experience flow in Iyengar yoga with breath.     Juan Carlos is everything I need to have a really good day. His class was very good. But, I would point out that some of us are still trying to learn the poses correctly which are a combination of several movements including the breathing. So, I would ask him please to slow down a little and explain us the poses, how our body parts must go in the pose, brething etc . Most of us are at home by ourselves, I believe. Some, from other countries like myself (thats the beauty of internet)

      Thanks Jussara, good feedback, we will do our best. This class was more of a flow, but for what you request, please check our some of our other classes. I.e. beginners 1 and 2. 🙏🏻
