We use a lonely planet travel guide book to help us go on a global food tour of london. We travel around the world, without leaving the city of london.
We try food from cyprus, portugal, somalia and india.
We visit soho in central london, notting hill gate in north west london, shoreditch in east london and aldgate east in east london.
our favourite restaurants were aphrodite's taverna in notting hill and dishoom in shoreditch - both did wonderful food.

I felt uncomfortably full watching this. How did you manage to eat the Dishoom meal at the end! Loved this though. Not least because it began in the greatest book shop. Defo do it again and maybe in Manchester before heading off to more glam destinations.

A mozambiquan restaraunt ; i came across an.intrsesing restaraunt when i was strolling in Harrow , it specialises in mozambiquan and zimbabwean cuisine

Nando’s is originally a Portuguese-Mozambican restaurant from South Africa so that could technically count?
Santa Nata in Covent Garden is far superior to Cafe De Nata. They taste just as good as the ones I ate in Portugal.
