They literally shut my mouth, after seeing Produce 48, I wasn't hyped for J Trainees but wow, I literally have favorites from them
Most trainees here are from avex which is like sm's counterpart in japan, i think they also used to promote sm artists in japan before. Then some are trainees in korean agencies. pd48 was consisted of akb members only so most of them are self trained and theyr are trained to rely more on stage presence and charms rather than actual skills
The Eve team really showed how powerful they are individually but the lack of teamwork make them look like they all just had a collab with each other

yes they all individually are very great specifically that attracted my attention rui qi, ezaki and fu Yaning. But overall they all looked like competing with each other to shine more than others

I think one of the most mind blowing moments were the twins. Everyone had low expectations for them after the first performance they had as a duo and now they totally popped off in the fifth season! Very proud of their improvement in only one performance and I can’t wait to see more
They purposefully acted bad during OOO and the first performance. There are many videos of them in China showing their real skill. I'm pretty sure it was a ploy to get screen time, and it was smart. It was one of the funniest and most memorable performances to me, so the move was smart hahaha
too bad their plan failed partially. the other twin got eliminated😂

GFRIEND songs are tricky to perform. The girls just made it seem to look easy, but it's not.
Performing a GFRIEND song can either make or break the performance. Remember, Produce48? The performances were really unfortunate considering that Love Whisper is a dance song.
Sunrise, Apple, and Time for the moon night are songs that showcases vocal prowess of the performer while dancing complex dances while staying in sync. I'm pretty sure that isn't the best choice for these trainees.
Fiesta team 1 is indeed the best because the vocals are high and the dance is difficult, but they performed very well .No matter how many times it's repeated, I'm still speechless watching it.
+I also really like Q-teen (because it's very, very cute especially the part Guin Myah) and Our season (Vocals are really good Yeoksi uri Kim Bora😍😍)

in all sincerity, i didn't like the eve performance. their team was unbalanced for some reason. you could tell there was tension between some members. every time the camera panned to another member, it was like i was seeing different performances all at once. and yes, fu yaning amongst some of the members were exaggerating their facials. the only thing i enjoyed from this performance were shana's jiyoon’s and dayeon's vocals.

The eve is like egos battle. The teamwork left the chat but i don't wanna lie the vocal stability is so good. But is the kind of performances that i just watch once time.

I'd just like to highlight that the twins did really really well, and I can see that they are amazing dancers and performers, they just lack a bit on the vocals and rap department, but the charm is there

Fiesta team 1 and yes or yes team 1 gave the best performances indeed also i didn't like how mnet made fiesta team 1 seem like they were the underdogs during the interim check which they absolutely weren't💀 and this again shows how much scripted it is also i feel bad for hylt team 2 they deserved the win more
hylt 2 leader started faster, then the first vocal went much faster, also choreography(?) mistake from a member made Kim Dayeon followed her (Dayeon probably confused when she saw that, shock reflex)

that's the thing with the hylt team 2, makes sense that the team 1 won, because they made way less mistakes than team 2, but at the same time, team 2 had more charisma, stage presence and impact. Yoon Jia was the best of all of them in my opinion and she was such a better rapper than Cai Bing, so it's kinda of bittersweet even though it's completely acceptable that team 1 won.
Finally someone appreciating Kubo Reina 😭 A lot of people are missing out on her. She's a born performer she deserves to be in the final top 9

The Liang Twins have the most graceful dancing skills and a sweet voice at the same time. I'm so excited to see them next round, if ever they both make it.
Although there are many good girls but I feel like the program got so much cheer and attention more than it deserves
Idt so. Bcs compared to before, this time there were many good contestants from start of show which shows level of show is very high.
I have never watched these shows before but this time its different. Mnet really brought good variety shows this time, Girls planet 999 & Street women fighter.

The eve teamwork and chemistry was mehhh but can't lie the vocals are so refreshing and just amazing. Ydayeon, shana and jiyoon did so good. They stood out so much but the other person that caught my eyes was kim suyeon. She has so much charisma and stage presence despite having only 1 line. I really enjoy her performances
The way I fully agree with Kubo Reina being number 1. I feel like she's super underrated ugh it makes me sad
In my opinion fiesta team 1 was literally perfect, all those adlibs and harmonies on the end was chefs kiss. Some of them are really underrated even though they have less line they still slayed their part. This team really felt like it debuted and it was really balanced.
I think Fiesta Team 2 did a phenomenal job despite being the rejected cells. It wasn't easy for them but they pulled through and slayed their performance.
Fiesta team 2 was made of the remaining cells, they were literally put together... In fact in the end they were probably one of the only group that didn't hold hands before the winner reveal.😔 However Bahiyyih really improved, she was one of the most stable, also respect for Miyu❤️ Also my favourite performance was Pretty U, so cutie🥰
No, stop you all are fan of Bahiyyih cause she is the sister of this shitty TXT member, she just suck with her vocal, she don’t have stage presence. 80% of the trainees are more stable and talented than her. Go away dude

For the HYLT team 1, I'd say Xiayan, Youngeun, and Yujin. Yurina was great and she's one of my 3 j-picks (along with Mashiro and Hikaru!), but I think Yujin had more stage presence and Yurina was slightly ahead of the beat when dancing.
I hope Kotone gets more attention after this she slayed pretty u her rap was amazing

Kim Bora, Jeong Jiyoon and Kubo Reina were my favourites in these performances! My fave out of all of them was The fifth season Team 1, they all had such good vocals. I was a little disappointed in Ruiqi and Hikaru because I thought they were gonna give a stronger performance :(

It made half happy and half oppressed ( actually 7 is more then half ) those that have strong personality will of cause want to fight and show they better than each other teamwork goes out the window .
Songs is how you interpret it this song is sensual strong not like mic drop strong in your face type if they change song with mic drop team we might see an interesting 3 way fight ( and pretty U might have lose because technically they were weaker ) instead pretty U won cause they interpretation was better .

I'm really amazed to the group who performed Pretty U. Some may find its choreography easy but the truth is there are so many high notes (especially octaves), it has role play, and requires voice stability since it is a bubbly song.
Fiesta and yes or yes red costume is perfect!
I really loved the red aesthetic they had going on for team 1 of yes or yes but let's be real tho, the Fiesta teams' costumes were so unflattering, I personally didn't like them at all

Fun fact: if Caibing and Myah both made it to the final lineup, it would be a 10 years gap. Bigger than the gap between Irene and Yeri (Red Velvet) and Eunbi and Wonyoung (IZ*ONE).
Caibing is the oldest contestant while Myah is the second youngest, with the youngest being Ayana who is 5 months younger than Myah.

@@AETopMusics Idk, but Kim Yubin has been off to me when she decided to give to Ito Miyu all the high notes parts and didn't divide it with other members so that her throat can rest (just like how Sunwoo and Reina shared the high notes in the other team). Also, she already knew beforehand that Miyu can't pull the high notes off because of her thoat condition, she should've given her parts to those who can give it justice (Bahiyyih, Jimin, or even herself- since they are the most stable ones). I can't applaud her for that.

Honestly, Fiesta Team 1 outstanded everyone. I mean Yes or Yes Team 1 is good, including their teamwork and stability but- honestly no one stood out and I can't remember anyone or anything after the performance

Finally someone who acknowledge HYLT Team 2's energy 😳 I don't understand why everyone is saying HYLT Team 1 is better than Team 2 in term of presences, when Team 1 is clearly so soft in their parts while Team 2 have energy and power in them. People say Team 2 only has anger, instead of 'sassiness', well at least better than Team 1's emotionless? 😂
Team 2 is way better in stage presence but Team 1 had less mistakes and better technique.
I don't want to sound rude but the problem of team 1 is the center and the chosee of the main rapper.
They won cuz their stability but the energy and presence is a little bit plane for me.

I loved both Yes or Yes performances! Ever since I heard the original, Yes or Yes has been my favourite Twice song ❤️ and I loved the vocals from both groups here!! They made me feel the exact happiness the original song does and that's why I loved them so much!🤗

In my opinion, Bahiyyh and Yu Bin are great, they're just often paired with not so good team members. (also no, i'm not saying any of their performances were perfect. i agree there is a whole lot they could improve on, but they're still very talented.)

I thought the eve performance was really good and had some of the most talented contestants individually but I just didnt find it as enjoyable as some of the other performances for some reason. For example, I've watch the yes or yes and pretty u performances many times more even though the eve is by far my favorite song out of these.
