Dear Prof. Perret, have you checked the outcome of SPSS. I save the forecasts of SPSS. But when I then re-add the trend and seasonal component to receive the forecast of SPSS, the numbers do not match. Do you have a solution for that?
In the standard version it is not possible to run unit root tests. You could however install the R extensions for your version of SPSS. Then you can download the TSSTATS extension which allows you to run stationarity and cointegration tests.
Respected sir i have 2001 to 2015 i.e 15 years total no of student in any District data in primary and its given increasing trend and pattern ,sir please suggest suitable forcasting model with help of spss ,if possible please upload supportive video thanks sir
It sounds to me like you are using a dataset that includes a spatial as well as a temporal dimension. Add to this a trend and some kind of pattern. I would highly recommend to abbandon SPSS and check out R and the splm package or Stata and the SPREGDPD command. They will account for spatial (and serial) autocorrelation; two important aspects you disregard if you use a time series approach as detailed in the video. Additionally, if you have panel data always use a panel model as they in almost all cases provide more stable results than pooled approaches.
Best video available that I can find describing different models to use for seasonality and how to use them! Thanks a million!
Very well explained !! Thanks !!

I do not fully understand your question. Do you want to reuse the disaggregated time series or your forecasts?
sir ,how can i perform holt winter forecasting method in spss?is it same as winter additive model?
Exactly. It is the model with additive seasonal effects.
Hey sir How do I use the seasonal difference?
Great, thank you!
THANKS SIR I HAVE USED HOLT WINTER MODEL AND GET THE RESULT
were now already seek it by yours method
