I've been a passenger in a plane experiencing a landing like that ! Watching this had me literally feeling the physical sensation all over again ! Whew !!!

the A380 on landings is just something else. i see it comeing over my shed so slowly . how dose it stay up
Yer it's weird physics illusion relativity it's still going at least 200 mph , just doesn't look like it , they do look motionless sometimes, and some of this footage even makes them look like helicopters!
Great compilation Kev, the pilots certainly put their skills to the test over the weekend. I couldn’t watch any of the streams Live but watched some of Sunday’s stream on replay (when the storm was at its strongest) and was quite glad I wasn’t on any of those flights 😮

Brilliant video watching these planes again the pilots are amazing, some really scary moments that day, we mustn’t forget the ATC as well, go arounds makes their job more difficult I should imagine

Saw that first one on the livestream and couldn't believe he didn't go around. When the tail swung around before the flare, I thought "abort now!". Great compilation, mate.

Brilliant channel,. I'm local to the area but how do you get to your view point. Ive sat at the other end in sheldon country park but the sun is in my face most of the time, so your subjects (when the Sun is out) are in the best position. KRO.

What an amazing collection of challenging landings - as you often say, huge credit to the pilots who get their passengers safely down (I'd love to know if they get nervous or does the hours of training just turn it into a process).
That's a great question 8thday , i'd like to think the hours and hours of any scenario training would make a strong windy landing , second nature to these pilots. Instinct and training taking over before human emotions kick in 👍
You have to admire the skill of the pilots when you see these complications, …. well most 😂

The very long runway at Birmingham does give the smaller aircraft a better option of touching down in these conditions.

Hi Kev that Turkish airline thought divert but stunt he pulled 3rd & final his going to scrape the engine, like you said new suspension

What airline was the first landing? Kudos at the pilot's skill on display but the airline must have a much larger operating window compared to Turkish go around airlines.
I only recently found your channel but loving the videos. I live in Uttoxeter so windy weather here will usually mean some interesting landings to be seen.

12:08 Not surprised he aborted early. Its a Max so he was leaving plenty of time in case something fell off or some system slammed them into the ground (sarcasm). He was taking no chances.

That Turkish airlines pilot(third attempt landing) probably broke somethings. Horrible landing.
