@@investmentanalyst779 there’s a ton of different types of HOAs I’ve seen some that’ll let people have project cars in their garage/driveway to some that don’t even allow people to park on the street. Also pretty sure he mentioned it’s a gated community

That tap above the stove is generally referred too as a pot filler, it's you don't need to carry a pot of water from the sink to the stove. The stuff around the fireplace would just be the mantel, sometimes you'll see people call the fancy full wall length design like you have an overmantel.
