First you said the red of the tail light should be connected to the white. Then later on you said the red of the tail light should be comnected to the green. I assume you mean the green of the tail light should be connected to the green of the wiring loom?
Just to clarify for anyone who comes across the same problem. The green of the tail light should be connected to the white and the red should be connected to the green of the wiring loom.
Have to say I've been pretty disappointed with this kit. I have missing screws, the wiring loom is too short so you end up with exposed connectors at the end of the frame. And worst of all, if you tighten the screws too tight in to the mudguard the female retainer comes out of the mudguard
@super_moto_voyager Had the same issue, the main cable is too short for my desire.

Can you put the turn signals on the grab rails instead?
Yes you can. The mounts can work on the grab rails too 👍
I put the indicators on brackets connected to the rear shocks when I put this same rear light on, small chrome (Diablo) bullet style LED jobs. Just remember to change the relay for a LED adjustable speed relay if you do it, but it makes the rear end so much tidier.
