Mahindra least bother about customer and problem they face. Presale dealer experience is very bad , they don't follow any procedure and you will get vehicle after multiple followup . They wash vehicle and deliver to you. Mahindra not seriously taking any complaint against dealer or vehicle, u will not found any escalation information on Mahindra sites or at call center. Most of vehicle is riding on marketing expert created hype/ emotional image so think and explore other value add vehicle. Lots of customer booked vehicle with 21000 and waiting from 3/4 months - Is Mahindra going to pay them interest? They are using crores of interest free fund.
They are very smart, I booked it on 06.08.24 and they are unable to deliver the car till date, perhaps they were waiting for the hike only, this way Mahindra will loose their goodwill for sure

Its not necessary, the rule is that the car should be insured before the delivery doesn't matter from where u do the insurance
