Watching drive videos like this (and driving in California myself as tourist) makes me wander: where are the people? stowed away in their villas? It always looks so sleepy and abandoned - no matter what hour - rarely a pedestrian...
I've been inside a number of these homes working on gigs and they usually have huge outside areas in their backyard, roofs, poolsides, courtyards, etc. No need to leave their homes I guess 🤷♂
