This is a beautiful cultural thing. As a proud Latina and horse lover. There is a right way and wrong way to train these beautiful horses. When we see the horses dance, we can’t always assume that their owners abused their horses. We don’t know how these horses were trained. Some could be gentle and not tied up and rewarded with treats or they use that chain to legs or tied up method. That’s I don’t agree with, but other than that We don’t know. They could be trained differently. There are ways a horse can learn to be trained when they’re relaxed and treated well. I don’t see any signs of stress or agitation here. These horses look very well cared and loved. It’s takes so many hours and years to properly train. It’s like training horses in other competitions such as barrel riding, racing, training saddlebreds, show jumping, etc. there’s a right way and a wrong way for those too

They should have the special shoes for the horses on pavement. This makes me angry to see these horses treated like this. It's insane and not beautiful.

Really, only the last one really dancing ,( Passage) . The others just look like they want to go into trot and held back. That's why you can tell the difference.
It called something like the Spanish trot. But Paso finos are bred to do that and a lot of this is is trained out of the horses being punished if they dont do it right or they are taught it in a really abusive way when they are still yearlings ( I’m not saying this is how all people do it just a lot of them)
