What I do is that a space before it breaks I contract the ankle
I lost my ankle
I did this by accident without braking my ankle and landing like a ninja in free play.
No way a tutorial that doesn’t go 25x speed with no instructions!??!? Great work
I followed all the instructions but all that happened was I fell backwards and snapped my neck on the ground

Yep you obviously can do a lot of trickq with a backflip setup, like a full or a valdez

It's not that realistic. Try to crouch when you do the launcher cause nobody starts a backflip with straight legs in real life :)
