Colin was born in May 1962, I was born in October that year. Dear Colin, your tragic death was great loss for your family, relatives, friends, fellow musicians, followers and admirers. And our generation as well. We will not let your name and your work flow like water on snow, as one of your immortal songs says. Thanks for putting this on. I've been a fan for so long now. Heard Colin busking in Southport train station way way back (before his justified success) and his voice stopped me in my tracks & held me spell bound. He could bring calm with that voice. Amazing singer & writer. Very much missed but never forgotten.
Such a natural and sincere guy. Deeply missed artist. What a loss and how fate can strike in the most tragic of ways beggers belief. RIP Colin wherever you are in this world of ours. You continue to live in your art and music and in the hearts and minds of those you touched through the years
