Are these special cotton swabs? When I use cotton swabs, they tend to absorb the paint and take off some of the pigment behind. I personally use MOPV oil pastel. Secondly, I have noticed that every time you use your oil pastel, the tip remains so evenly shaped. How do you maintain or store your oil sticks? I have the same colors as yours but they don't blend well. Kinda color bubbles form when I put one color layer over other and try to blend. What am I lacking?
