- My first use of the Gas2Coal rotisserie style and what a cook. A few learning curves, the biggest being how useful it was to have gas on tap when the charcoal ran low! It did turn out juicy, tender and delicious and I made toasted rotisserie chicken sandwiches, get on!

With a rotisserie I see this makes sense. But what if you make steaks. Won´t you just burn the living hell out of them as they are too close to the charcoal ?
I was thinking the same but I guess in theory you can sear them directly to get a good crust and then move them away from the coal and cook them indirect until desired temperature
