Back on the B60 - Heater Core and Radiator Flush-tron

Digging deeper into the 60 Buick Electra 225. This time, I tie up some loose ends as well as get the heater core back in the car. I try out a new radiator flush tool...cool beans!

I'd advise using conventional green antifreeze. It's formulated for old cars and easier on old radiator solder. I've had issues with that coming apart on my 1958 Continental.

Great info... I know it can be frustrating working on a car that had the parts removed by the previous owner....when I got my SS project, there were boxes and more boxes of parts, thank god for the assembly manual and that I have original Impala to refer to..... any luck with your cat Simon ?

I had really good luck getting parts from Bob Wambach. Great guy and he has loads of Buick parts of all years. eBay name of BM455.

I've done a lot of work with Bob. I found the remainder of the parts I needed from a guy on FB who was parting a 60 LeSabre.
