I think for the people that keep commenting about you eating, I don't think they can comprehend that someone can't eat, or that when you eat it makes you sick. You eat for the flavor satifaction, I think for me it would be hard not being able to eat. Keep doing what you have to do and ignore the negative.

She had a Hickman line for a very long time and had lots of antibiotics because she has a botched back surgery, osteoporosis, a brain aneurysm, an aortic aneurysm and many more things. You have the best personality and give us so much hope! I’m so happy you are gaining weight and that you are home with Tom. I know how frustrating it is to practically live in the hospital when all you want to do is be at home. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends. I put a special “door bell” by the front door and had a note that said , “for deliveries please ring”. I would have to sit on the porch if I didn’t have the bell. I don’t understand why they don’t package the smaller stuff together. Also a medical room would be perfect because you can have a very nice set up.

Maybe some of those questions are from new subs? But some people just don’t get it, even some doctors. They just say, you need more fluids or more calories, just try harder. It’s like, if I could, I would. I’m freaking thirsty, I’m freaking hungry, if there was a way to make it work, I’d be doing it, LOL! I am doing much better now though, but not because I suddenly started trying harder, because I found a medicine that makes my body work better. I’m still holding out hope that’s going to happen for you too someday!
Maybe just put a little blurb in your drop bar? and you could pin a comment just explaining for people to look in there for info :) I mean, they could also google gastroparesis lol

I completely understand from a clinical perspective what you're going through ( I never will from a physical or emotional perspective because I'm not you and I will never feel what you feel) because when I saw your video on Barcroft TV I researched. I have the same problem with my medical delivery people. I always have to put a note on the door saying I can't here the door so please call when you are here. It makes me so mad when you are wait for your feed or meds to get there and your waiting all day and then they call and they say you did that come to the door when they got there..

I know it must be frustrating having to explain your health issues with each new comment, but I don’t think anyone means any harm by it. In my case, I am fortunate not to have chronic illnesses, so everything you talk about in your videos is a true learning experience for me and I thank you so much for sharing your life with us. I think many others want to learn more and don’t mean to be a bother, but just aren’t sure where to find answers. Have you ever thought about maybe doing a question and answer video with your most frequently asked questions? Then you can link it in the video description and if we see someone asking a question we know will be answered there, we can direct them to check there. Just a thought.

I don’t know the medical specifics but I’m assuming because she won’t need it forever the Hickman is more appropriate for what is needed ☺️
I understand, I don't have a paralyzed stomach but I have really intestinal issues and there are times that when I eat I am in agony. Sometimes I don't eat because of pain.

Not in a rude way but you can’t expect people to watch every single vlog you make. There’s also lots of people who are new to your channel that don’t know that you’ve talked about it in other vlogs. Another person already said this but linking the people who are asking to for example this vlog where you talk about would probably be easier/less time consuming.

Speaking about the noting eating thing I waited 4 months and traveled out of state to see a gastroparesis specialist. He told me I have rumination disorder becuase I throw up 30 mins after eating and that I don't have gastroparesis!!!!! When in rumination disorder the only symptoms are throwing up after eating. But I have pain!!!!! Lots of it wayyyyyyyy before I started to throw up. And get this the only way to "treat" this disorder is deep breathing. Bitch please I'll die in 6 months if they take out my tube. Lol lucky for me. 😅😅😅
It's not the same but like people who are dairy free won't eat dairy because it makes them sick same with any she doesn't eat food because it makes her sick. Correct me if I'm wrong she can have some foods if they are drainable but because she is on tpn I don't think she is doing that at the moment just chew and spit
Jenn Cort So I can have a video to upload once a week where as if I upload then as I make them I’d end up uploading 3 in the space of a well then nothing for a month where as if I space them out I get almost a month of uploads out. I hope that makes sense😅😅

I have seen her dad smoke in a video I believe on a patio. He probably smokes in garage as to not bother Amy. She speaks highly of her mom and dad. I have never seen any indication of her smoking and have been watching for almost two years

Why did she always treat healthcare workers, servers, and delivery workers so rudely? Pretty sure she never actually worked an actual job in her life. And yes - managing her Illness was her job, but she always seemed to have this chip on her shoulder (not the gastric pacemaker).
