I exercised this FIGRDUMB-vdo with dumbbells1 kg in the morning 30 min straight without any break , I'm so impressed .... I've been work out the FIBUREROBI-vdo for 2 weeks too , it's amazing cardio exercise with muscle building both , 5 days /week and I feel strength all over my cores , legs ,arms . At my first week , I must pased the vdo 2 times until finish , and 2nd week paused vdo only 1 times to breath and relax , now in 3rd week can exercise the whole vdo in one times .I am 40's , I feel greats ! and my waist loss 2 inches now. 💕Thank you

I exercised this FIGRDUMB-vdo with dumbbells1 kg in the morning 30 min straight without any break , I'm so impressed .... I've been work out the FIBUREROBI-vdo for 2 weeks too , it's amazing cardio exercise with muscle building both , 5 days /week and I feel strength all over my cores , legs ,arms .
At my first week , I must pased the vdo 2 times until finish , and 2nd week paused vdo only 1 times to breath and relax , now in 3rd week can exercise the whole vdo in one times .I am 40's , I feel greats ! and my waist loss 2 inches now.

Hola Jungdayeon. Me encantan tus rutinas, todo el grupo es excelente. las hago 3 o 4 veces a la semana, porque son divertidas, se trabajan los musculos y lo mas importante no tienen impacto, por lo cual me entusiasmo a hacerlas. También me gusta mucho su vestuario, es muy bonito. Gracias por darme la oportunidad a mi y a tantas personas que te siguen de poder hacer sus ejercicios. Abrazos desde Venezuela
