Geo-strategy adds the Geo-dimension to Strategy. The Geo-dimension refers to the physical space of the planet. Strategy in itself is applied in various human activities: in politics, economics, society, even in day to day life. But when we specifically apply strategic thinking towards controlling physical space by studying its unique aspects we are doing geostrategy. Geo-technology refers to any innovations which give actors relational advantages in geopolitical competition. Consider how railways, air planes, Cyberspace etc has implications for Geopolitics. It is a concept which should be seen as a link between various aspects of power.
I am currently working on a presentation on the Belt and Road Initiative which will explore the Geostrategy-Geoeconomics-Geotechnology web in detail.
