    I would have forced Epirus, Apollonia and Sparta into an alliance and get them to conquer or subjugate Crete, Cyprus, Cyrene, Cappadocia, Pontus, Colchis, Iberia, Armenia, and Caucasia Albania. Then have those forces subdue the Bosporan Kingdom and then they can head home and enjoy their spoils for contributing to the Empire. This would allow Alexander something to do that wouldn't be too harsh on his men, since he doesn't have to subdue anyone while visiting these place and bringing his Empire administratively into full swing. It is also possible for these new territories to bring people to Alexander's main forces and convince him alternatives in his approach to his campaign that could had prevented much of the hardship his men did indeed face. Alexander might had lived longer allowing his Empire to continue to thrive.

    The Iranians had enslaved Greece for 220 years until Alexander the Fool came and conquered Iran. Alexander did not rule in Iran for even one year and his commanders poisoned and killed him and his family.
    And wars began that ended until the Romans enslaved the people of the West and Greece

      What? Enslaved? Absolutely not. Persia was never able to conquer us.
      Xerxes didn't enjoy platea nor salamis brother. His massive army left and they never attempted an invasion of our mainland after that.

      @@sertao8041 Iran had thrown Greece (Athens) and Sparta into a civil war with its advanced policy
      My question is why you and your population are so small and even the size of Greece is so small
      Greece is very weak, Türkiye can conquer Greece in 2 days, like Cyprus
      My brother NATO betrayed Greece and did not support Greece and left you alone in front of Türkiye
      Today's Iran is becoming a world superpower
      Iran used to be the superpower of the world, you yourself admitted

    • @sertao8041
      @sertao8041 2 місяці тому +6

      @@mahdiKhanBey1314 I like discussing woth nationalists.
      You are so so wrong though. Persia did nothing and did not cause our civil war. Athens was advancing rapidly both economically and militarily.
      Persia was sitting in the east waiting for their moment.
      Your second statement is rather insulting to say the least. We are small indeed. We are small because the great powers never wanted a big and strong Hellas. 1920 was our opportunity to liberate all our lands. However every major power forgot all their promises and aided Turkey instead of Greece.
      They did the same thing again in 1974. America promised that they wouldn't allow the Turks to invade Cyprus. The Turks did exactly that.
      We are small but far away from being weak. Turkey can't do anything. They cannot conquer us in 2 days. The greco-turkish war (its certain that this war will happen) will be different. It will be brutal and probably very long (it will most likely be a war of attraction just like every major war nowadays). Our terrain is great for defense and our army is capable of defending it.
      Anyways why are we even arguing. I see no need. We are not enemies anymore. We don't even share a border. Our enemy is Turkey and your enemy is Israel.

    • @mahdiKhanBey1314
      @mahdiKhanBey1314 2 місяці тому

      @@sertao8041 You may say something right, but know that Greece is weak, its population is small, and if there is a war, it cannot send troops annually. Your enmity with Turkey is old and a thousand years old. The Ottomans have forgotten that they killed the Greeks. Turkey with its large population, neo-Ottoman nationalism, large and mountainous area is not comparable to Greece.
      When Greece invaded Turkey, Turkey was occupied from above and below by the British, Italians and France. Now look, Europe betrayed Greece again and retreated, which strengthened Turkey and genocided Greece.
      Remember to follow only God, not your neighbors or friends, don't even trust your eyes because the eyes make mistakes.
      Greece needs oil and gas
      I am from Iran and we have been under sanctions for more than 45 years. You see that Iran has control over the Middle East with sanctions. If there were no sanctions, Iran could rule the world like its Achaemenid ancestors.
      Greece's population is declining due to its low birth rate. Annual births and deaths are higher in Greece.
      Greece is one of the provinces of Iran
      Skudra, one of the Achaemenid satrapies
      Our enemy is America, Israel is just a henchman
      Learn from history, my Greek brother, Europe always betrays and they are the ones who started World War II in Europe twice.
      Don't count on America, Britain and France anymore.
