I already expected a great performance from Minho, but he exceed my expectations once again. The chemistry between Minho and Minha is incredible. What a grandiose production Pachinko is, costumes, landscapes, sound design, sets, languages, everything is perfect. The entire cast and crew of Pachinko are to be congratulated! I really love this movie...my best ever seen movie in all of LMH'S. So far the best ever💐💐💐💐like what I have said before, I read the book. But the experience seeing it on live screen is indeed more exciting than the book. As it cast real emotions and cascades intense feelings. Really love it and highly recommended. The pain I could feel from both parties. Hansu having found some sort of happiness all of his own making. Not a relationship of convenience to benefit connections in business, but someone he chose to love. Someone he could bond with, teach, and share his stories with. She allowed him to show his vulnerable side and she was his breath of fresh air in a world so full of tears. Imagine having had a life so hard and not ever knowing a taste of love that's sweet, and then to find it only to hear that it will not stay on your terms. Terms that you believe are fair and mutually beneficial for all parties. A powerful man facing hopelessness is in his voice, his eyes, as he is emotionally on his knees. His heart screaming, "Please love me, please stay". Then Sunja, having the love of her father beating in her heart, knowing that she is worth the title of wife and the shame of being a mistress and having a child be an outcast as her father once was, isn't something that she could stomach. She respected her life and the future of her family and immediately detached herself from any hope that they'd be anything but strangers grappling to understand the pain of why they could not be together. Both in their own way blaming each other, longing for each other, and trying to forget but never forgetting. The pain of this was portrayed so accurately that it made me feel I was walking in their shoes. Such is what we call acting at it's greatest. I cried so many tears. Thank you!
