Yeah I have and it worked. But I mostly do it for laughs 😁. The one about Lars Larsen a girl used on me. I thought it was fun and a cool attitude she had. I knew the pickup line but coming from a girl just showed her humor
Once in my younger days. In a quite intoxicated state I asked a girl if she had a sister. She replied she didn't! And I said wauw I didn't think you could look that beautiful by your self. 😂 At least I got a bit of french kissing out of effort, and eventually I got so drunk that I went home to my bed.
I think every one have used a pic-up-line (scorereplik) some time in their life without knowing it was a pick-up line. Also I think that's the kind of pick-up lines which actually works, because they come from the heart with no ulterior motives or considerations about the effect, they just come naturally into the situation. Kind of Cupid's (Copido, Amor, Eros) interference.
I also married with Danish man and i'm from Philippines i have been here in Denmark for 4yrears now and I have son for 2yrs old Omg until now i still in Danish Language school danish language is really not easy to learn co'z is different spelling to pronounsation...I really enjoy watching this video.
I dont think we use pick up lines in Denmark.. I think it's something we have adopted from US in the last 10-ish years.. I could be wrong, but I have never heard pick up lines used.. The one with the moon (love you to the moon and back) is what we could say to people we love, not as a pick up line. I think the mix up is because we don't really use pick up lines (imo). But fun lines to say we love/care about/ thinks someone is sexy, would be for someone we already know..(?) That's my take anyway 😊
I think its all about getting the girl to laugh :) I used to approach girls politely and smiling. Then after a while, after understanding their mood and type, if I remembered a cringy "shoot myself in the toe"-kinda pick up line, I´d use that just to make her laugh even more and show her I didn't take myself too serious :D
I really liked that "do you believe in love at first sight--or should I walk by again!" ha! original. I also like the IDEA of a knock knock joke. I totally didn't get the nutella one you told...but it got me thinking of an open ended knock-knock joke. I'll have to think of an example. Like Pick-uper--Knock knock Pick-upEE: whose there Pick-upER: Publishers Clearinghouse...LOLOL!!! or "room service" or I don't know...let me work on it...I think I know what I mean. It leaves the pick-upEE open to ordering something from room service, or I don't know...I've been married 20 yrs...what the heck do I know about pick-up lines...
the Nutella one works on a word game. First if you hear Nutella you think about this nougat cream. But "Nutella" sounds like the danish "nu tæller (vi)" which in english means "now we count".....
My boyfriend kinda used the "tror du på kærlighed ved første blik, eller skal jeg gå forbi igen?", but he used it as "tror du på kærlighed ved første blik, eller er du blind?" XD I was done for, so funny!
#28... "Are you a candlestick because I want to put my candle in you" LOL.. 😳😂 I like "Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again?" 👍😃
I just use "giggity giggity" - which usually causes me all sorts of troubles. Perhaps I should just use one of the one mentioned in the video. The "lips on mine" and the "fall from heaven" lines are quite good, but perhaps too corny. Beats giggity giggity
Hi Kelly. Don't want to pick you up. I recently got an amazing american sister and her birthday is coming up. Any ideas for great danish gifts to send her?
That might all depend on what she likes. Is she a girly girl or a nature girl? ;) That really makes a difference. I think something from Imerco could be nice. Most of that stuff (dishes and decorations) are very Danish and practical.
I rather just talk then use a pickup line. Find something that seems to catch the girls attention in the room and comment on it and see where the conversation brings from there. Never used pickup line and can't see a situation where I would
Another matter You have mentioned you have problems with the Danish Æ.You are talking German, so here is 4 german words with the Danish Æ sound: Ein Apfel - zwei Äpfel Ein Mann - zwei Männer Ein Arzt - zwei Ärzte Ein Vater - zwei Väter
@@MyNewDanishLife You are welcome. It made me think, if you were told that Æ is a contraction of A and E, I do understand the trouble finding the right sound. Sure it is a contraction, but I don't know when it happend. Going 300-400 years back, the swedish and danish language were very similar. But both language evolved. It it said the danish language did the most changing. In my mind it's not unrealistic to think that we changed towards german. We are close to Germany and for a period, it was very fancy speaking german at the royal court. So you see, Æ could have sounded different years ago.
@@Gert-DK Yes Danish language has evolved into a more German sounding pronounciation. If we didn't we would more or less be talking like in Iceland, which is old Norwegian

Magnet - tiltrukket. It is because tiltrukket is also used as 'pulled'. Like north and south gets pulled together. :-)
On my first date with my wife i told her a joke. I got it wrong. She thought i was soooo cute.. been married almost 20 years now
Thank you for sharing a success story! :)

Have heart that one so many times! Or “Vil du have kaffe hos mig”. And coffee does not mean coffee most of the times so just say no😅
The one and only pick-up line, LOL. Surprised nobody suggested that one.
Yes! Vi jokede altid med den da jeg var teen 😂
En scor replik jeg en fik fra en pige var, spiller du guitar for jeg har g-string på i dag.

I would mess the delivery of any pickup line up. And playing guitar always seemed to be enough lol. That was how i met my wife.

You should make a new video about the handball match. Maybe use few clips. And maybee link to the the hole game ;)
I don't really know that much about the sport! 🙈 That is a good idea though. I'm sure we'll be watching it tonight.

How about this one: My mom is dying of colon cancer; will you take care of me? Think it'll work?
Scorereplik = is pickup line
😂🤗👍🏻
Kind of reversed pick-up line: "Are you trying to pick me up?"
I love you to the moon and back, i believe is the saying. But, I feel it is limiting....

My pick-up line is made for a black girl:
"Someone must have thrown a damn flash-bang cus the night looks bright".
Har du bluetooth? fordi jeg har noget i bukserne som jeg gerne vil dele med dig.
"Bor du tit her i nærheden?" = "Do you often live nearby?" Makes no sense.
Forbindelse = connection
score-replik = pick-up line
Yeah. the "tit" part shouldn't be there...oops
If they aren't kinda corny, they don't work. It would just make them creepy
LOL Very true!
I don't think danish men Are worldchampinons in flirting. 😜
