Elk Asada Recipe

A summer favorite, Elk Asada on the ‪@TraegerGrills‬
For this, I used my own Live Wild Seasoning. I spent a lot of time sourcing the spices to make sure we were only using the best. We are actually certified organic (something that is actually pretty rare in the spice world). Here is the full Asada recipe below. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes! This is one of my favorite wild game meals!
