I love the car. There are some small issues about it. Like the headlight leds start getting green colored if it catches too much sunlight, instead of white as it should be. But i guess renault corrected that problem in the newer ones. Also, you can hear some noises from the drivers seat. A tiny, and annoying noise.
Also some alignement issues on the trunk door. But lots of cars come with that problem, so its not a big deal. But the car is really good for the price. Economic engines, with good power. And very comfortable. It is worth

Wow! I only now come to realise how strong and efficient the LED headlights are in comparison to other Meganes after seeing this video...
Actually those halogens are pretty good. Remember that it wasn't fully dark in this video so the light didn't stand out as much.
I had won till they stole it. The car was amazing
Mine 1.6 dci has issues with downshifting from 3 to 2nd gear in cold weather, it feels like something prevents the handle from engaging 2nd gear unless the speed doesn't reach 15 km/h.
Any idee how to adjust back interior miror? I couldn't find in the car book or on the internet.
i have this car for few months now and i love it.my version is with 1.6 engine.the only problem that i have is connecting iphone through bluethooth to play music from it.works fine with android phones.apart of that i cant see anything that i cant be unhappy with.everything is in the right place.i love this screen as it isnt like in plenty of other cars sticking above dashboard(they look awful -like a laptop on dashboard)hate this look.in megane looks perfect
Zbychu Jaszczur what exactly seems to be your issue using BT on iPhone for playing music?
I had the same issue. You should have at least 1 music file on your uphone you can upload it from itunes or download it using Music App. Then your iphone will be detected as pod and you can listen to youtube and others.

Without turbo engine, you can drive much more miles with. Engine will be more reliable.

The microphone does it, I assume. Actually it is nice and comfy, silent interior. At 190kmh its circa 90db, which is just fine. They have done good job.

@@azuris221 first you have to know that before i had a citroen C3 1 (2002) , so it's a verry loud car compare to the megane. In general the is very cool ! the suspension is verry soft a real pleasure. Verry quiet in high speed (compare to my 2002 one). Sorry i'don't have much expériences with other recents cars. It's better if you can try the car, so you can make your own opinion about it.

Von der Optik sind diese Renault Megane ganz mein Geschmack aber die Verarbeitung man sieht halt dass es Massenproduktion ist.. Z.b. dieser Wagen was gerade präsentiert wird, guckt mal die Türen, die sind garnicht gerade .. Das ist jetzt nur ein Beispiel auf 1000 was man nennen kann. Was mich auch sehr stört ist dieses Innenraumgeräuch, Autos von Bj. 2000 haben ein besseres sauberes Innengeräuch als diese neue Autos.
Ich bin auch besitzer von einen Renault Megane mit noch knapp über 2 Jahren garantie mit Intens Packet. Aber keine werkstatt will mit die Probleme regeln ( die scheiben machen geräuche bein hoch und runter machen, der Lenkrad macht geräuche bein drehen, der R link display bleibt manchmal hängen wird ganz schwarz und funktionniert garnicht mehr, die Reifen vorne werden unormal aufgegessen anscheinend eine Krankheit, die Karosserie .. Nichts von nichts ist gerade die haben es einmal versucht gerade zu machen die haben es noch schlimmer gemacht.. Scheibenwischer hinten funktionniert nicht, anstatt 30 000km intervalle für den Service zeigt er mir nach 12 bis 15 000km schon den zeichen dass der Service gemacht sein muss und niemand weiss oder will wissen warum diese ganze Probleme da sind und da wo ich garantie drauf habe ..) Ansontzten Ist das Auto ok auch für Langstrecken

Ich habe den damals bezahlt 24000€ bei Renault, wert heute knapp 13 000€
Ich hätte mir eigentlich das ganze Ärger + Geld sparen können wenn ich mir eine A klasse bei Mercedes oder einen Bmw 1er oder sogar einen Golf 7 damals gekauft hätte
Besser 2-3 tausend Euro am Anfang mehr bezahlen und ein Robustes Auto zu haben anstatt sich das alles anzutun ..

Федір Анпілогов it’s not needed in some europe countries, you just have to check if theres traffic, stop only is active if its busy. You’ll have to be the 1 waiting if there’s traffic, if not u can go.

@@Kayshots the tradfic law in europe does not allow that. You have to STOP. Dont ever say it's not needed even if it's free of traffic cars! EU traffic laws does not say in any of its context that a driver must beat the red light if there are no incoming cars from other directions. You cannot argue this in any court of law in EU.

Never tried fiat tipo, but they are not bad cars. To be honest, its a hard choice between the 2 cars. I prefer the megane because i think its more beautiful. But both are good. You Better test drive both of them to help in your choice

What about reliability?
Generation 4 don't have kindergarten problems previous Megan's had. Seems like they managed to sort out all issues.
Only negative side- if you go for cheaper model- the interiour is not as exciting

@@Arttyor the door handle. There are lots of people that broke the door handle while closing the door. Also, the buttons numbers in the radio starts getting bluried. Some of the plastics are weak (typical from renault cars). Also, the rubbers layers starts cracking. Etc...
