I like how you demonstrate eliminating unnecessary moves and refer to the connection between the line of gravity, centres of mass and how allowing the hoist to move help this to happen and keeps the load in a stable position. Nice.

Shouldn’t be hoisting alone. That’s a bad practice especially this is an instructional video.
