They actually threw a curveball in with this version. Prevoiusly, the timing was 7 animation frames wide on the first hit, then 6, then 5, then 4, etc. until it hit 1. Now it's 7, 6, ONE, 5, 4, etc.
I love how they actually nerfed Power Bounce and Multibonk.. it's like they said "here's lots more convenient fast travel.. but in return you actually see more than 5 seconds of bosses" Also pretty sure they did nerf danger strats in a way.. at least partners.. since now they *all* heal on level up instead of just the current active one..
In the original game, I actually went to the final dungeon in the postgame just to see if anything changes. I was in the last room and didn't want to bother going backwaeds. Guess what the remake has in the final dungeon?
so many great highlights for this one! mario in total happiness and goombella gloomy face would make perfect reaction images but the gang shredding the dance floor is by far one of the best, not only of the video, but of the channel as a whole!
Honestly, i kinda wished the bosses had alot more HP, because i feel as if i finish these bosses extremely quickly. *Spoilers* even some of the newer superbosses can be finished with incredibly easy planning
Animation was good as always, but I felt like the script was kinda weak for this one. Most of the video was literally just animated portions of the game instead of adding a comedic twist like in the FE or Zelda videos. Even the TOK video was much better.

@@PGerman. Yeah, i didn't use power bounce nearly as much as i used in the gamecube version (the super mario rpg jumps too is kinda less tight tho)
Why would they even make such change to the move anyways? To discourage players (especially newcomers) from using it? Mmh… No, that can’t be it… 🤔

Charge P, Quick Change, Power Lift, Yoshi. You can still break the game if you really try haha.
But it's easier to get your partner to 1HP. Just let them get killed, then run away (or finish the fight).
I could have sworn, I thought there was a way to permanently modify your partners’ HP down or up, but I guess I was wrong.
Just hearing it has new enemies to face gets me hyped to play. But I got a few games I want to finish first
Yeah i wont spoil them but i can tell you they get pretty crazy and far harder then anything in the original
