Encircle KAL

The Encircle KAL will run from April 19-May 18! Use the hashtag #encirclekal2024 and tag Ruth @redearthdesignstudio to join on Instagram, or join the KAL thread in her Red Earth Design Studio Ravelry group. Ruth will be doing a prize drawing from the hashtag and a separate drawing in the Ravelry group on May 3. Every post with a project photo counts as an entry, so be sure to share your WIPs throughout the KAL!

Do you think fingering weight yarn would work for aesthetics? Wondering if the pattern allows length adjusting (more row etc) etc….

@akobell Fingering weight would work quite well for Aetherios (your fabric will just be a little more sheer, and the texture will be more subtle). For Thawing Crystals, I would probably avoid fingering since your shawl will come out significantly smaller. Hope that helps!

I think that’s the one I’m going to go with
