Not too many people I know that claim a verse from Revelation as their favorite, but darn, that's a good one.
"And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."

Thank you Lionel for composing such a powerful and meaningful piece, the most memorable composition from all your arts works! I’m going to listen to this piece over and over million times! When I listen to this piece I could imagine beautiful heaven where Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, Brothers and sisters all live happily together! The victory! The eternity! The new world! No death! No sin! No cry! No sorrow! No sickness! All are wonderful new world! Those christians had lived their life on earth as the best testimony to show their once dead life transformed by God to new eternal life! “John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Happy Easter Lionel!

Absolutely. What amazes me is that even with the signs of these times, there are few of us watching/waiting for the rapture of the church.
I remembered the video you posted about writing boss music and a story. I wanted to post mine. Here's to a tale of two friends, brothers bonded over years of companionship, willing to do anything for one another. May they have seen the world the same perhaps they would've stayed at each other side for the ends of days, but nothing ever lasts. Both shared different values and different ideologies and believed in different forms of government. The lands were a plain barron landscape as The End of Australia. Each holding their own swords one of a forged by his own hands the other by his father's hands while he was a soldier. Facing each other as the setting sun gleaming through dark Grey clouds that poured rain gently. Scarred and tired from past battles one last time they face on the lands they one founded as peace and home, now they find it as a battlefield to end things one last time. The truth is paved by the Victor, but even then, both understand that nothing will change each other's mind. As one falls, the other will hold them as they do, speaking one final phrase, "My brother... you always shall be even after all that had happened"
Lionel Maestro, if I ever appreciated you before, just you putting this out there in this way, nevermind how gorgeous the composition is and how masterfully you execute it: that you published this incredibly awesome piece in the way that you have by including its baseline/reference point, is mind-blowing.
I've said it before I'll say it again: there is no one like Lionel Yu who does the things that he does in the way that he does them.

I want to make sure that everyone is clear on the usage of the word "repent" in the Bible. When Jesus preached "repent, for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand", the word repent means a change of mind, specifically about Him. Salvation comes through believing that Jesus is the Son of God, and that His sacrifice paid yours and my sin debt in full, without any works on our part. He did it all for us, and all that we must do is trust in Him alone and His perfect sacrifice for us.

@Jennifer Everett Agreed, the sooner repentance comes the absolute better! Why wait for such a weighty decision?! Even so, it says that All who call on the name of the Lord will be saved [believing in Christ in true repentance]. For some who make heartfelt, genuine decisions even later than sooner: God knows who are truly His.
He is right. Second and final jugdement is with fire. But it will be the end of this muiltiverse :(

Yes faith in Christ is what gets us in the Door and how we come to God, how we are initially Justified and have relationship with Him. But in James it says that faith without works is dead. So to recap, we are saved by faith but rewarded according to our works which are tested as by fire. If we love Him we will obey Him. :-)

I'm just making clear the most misunderstood subject on salvation, is that works play no part in our justification, and those who do believe that they have to be good enough to keep their salvation have not accepted Jesus' free gift, because we are saved by His power and work alone.
@@DeltaVe Then I respectfully agree to disagree. Yes it is at first a free gift to reiterate, it is a gift of God lest any man should boast. But if we do not obey Him if we don't bear good fruit of Holy Spirit/results of obedience to God, if we don't keep Him as our first love, if we don't stay connected to the Vine which is Christ, if we don't endure to the end, if we give up as did three categories in the Sower and the Seed parable including the one who didn't even let the good seed root in himself, oh yes there can be a giving up. Nd a great Falling Away Jesus warned about! And in Revelation 3:5 it says we can even have our names removed from The Book of Life. [Egads.]
So there is no once saved always saved. We have to live our faith. But yes initially God is the one who does the saving. Jesus is the one who hung on that cross for us we could not do that for ourselves.
Lastly and I'll repeat myself: if we love Him [God] we will obey Him--and that's what Jesus Himself said.

Yeshua did not die in our place and undergo what we deserve as a child of wrath from God, He died as God allowed by the hands of evil people although while innocent and separated from sinners as a new creation as the greater goal to in behalf of many sinners for the sake of their sins to put its enslavement to death in the body that we become the righteousness of God in our progressive restoration to be conformed to the image and glory of Yeshua's Humanity as a new creation, inheriting His Human Nature as our Federal Head and being participants of His narrow path and all that a righteous lifestyle brings in a broken world. Yeshua's Nature was mortal( likeness of sinful flesh) but He was never spiritually dead nor enslaved to sin as a child of wrath is. Thus never partook in such a nature that deserves divine wrath as a enemy of God. His Human Nature called the new creation was preserved that the elect would inherit that Human Nature being baptized into Yeshua as participants in His nature and lifestyle while righteous. That is why it is by permission only to suffer as Yeshua. What He suffered in life and death was without wrath from God. That we are promised by God by Faith in who He is but also what Yeshua's Testimony concerning His lifestyle would accomplish of all those who partake in it.
@@patriciaeverett5001 righteous works are a product of our salvation by God's Mercy working through Gods gifted and permitted repentance and faith as the working of God through the Holy Spirit.
Our obedience to God is the product of our salvation as well and is also the working of God in us, who works in us to work and will toward His good pleasure, nothing righteous can be accomplished apart from Messiah Yeshua's working.
