I really like the look and usability of the armor. And the staff/pole-arms . . . I like that the modder has made it so NPCs will attach with the pole-arms. With a new character early in the game I found a staff that does around 176 damage without any perks. I really really like this mod.
This armor single handedly brought me back to the game and I'm keeping this armor and mask on until I find another armor I like. We'll done to the creator!
Did I miss you informing us if the armors and weapons are upgradeable at crafting stations? If not, I think it should be a part of armor and weapon mod reviews.
I have almost all his stuff loaded. It's so good, especially once they start showing up as drops. I'm rocking pieces from his Ecliptic, Varuun, and Nomad sets. Also, the Ecliptic ones, at least the helmets I've never seen anywhere else in game. Absolutely amazing gear! Also, pro tip, the Varuun sword backpiece can be upgraded, check it out!
This equipment is awesome, the one thing that’s annoying is that on Xbox you can only get one suit, one helmet and one pack each time. And there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the ones that populate. It’d be nice to have each piece in the TA store each time to purchase and just have to repopulate every 48 hours. That’s my only gripe though.
Cool mod, when I saw boost pack 6 I had to laugh. When I first saw it, I immediately thought of the snorkels you put on Toyota Land Cruisers! Anyway, thanks for reviewing the mod!
The frost weapon can freeze your enemy solid and all his stuff does add to the loot table and the ones that drop can be MUCH better than the ones you build. The swords for your back from the Varuun Infiltrator apparel set are particularly amazing. I'll upload pictures of his stuff I'm currently using to the Discord.
I really want to see some more weapon skins. I’d love for there to be some slightly worn and battered weapon skins that make the weapons looks more used and personal to you as the player. So add some scratches hear and there, some scuf marks. It would be cool to have the new factory clean skins and then some more used and worn weapon skins that don’t make the weapon look poorly maintained but rather make it look more like your own personal weapon rather than just another one of the shelf from Centurian Arsenal lol.
Was gonna do a Star Wars conversion like everyone else, but I found the Nomad spacesuit mod; now 3.5GB of my 4GB load order are the rest of zone’s mods. Highly recommend that you check out ALL his mods!
I think they should have made more of the armour sets competitive in the late game and at high levels. In the late game, you are pretty much confined to a narrow set of space suits if you want the best damage resistance and overall stats. It would have been better if they made certain armour superior variants much more powerful so you could use them throughout the game and in the high level systems. I love roleplaying as a Vangaurd and going out to do missions, and when I do, I always wear the UC apparel on board my ship but then I have to wear my superior Trackers Alliance Suit or the Superior Bounty Suit for the high level systems because the other suits, like all the UC suits, are too weak even at advanced or superior level so it hinders me from being able to properly roleplay. I love the Trackers suit and Bounty Hunter suit and they work well for me anyway since my roleplay and lore is that my character was a bounty hunter and colony war vet prior to briefly being a miner and then joining constellation, so wearing them is perfect, but I’d still love some more powerful UC suits, and they should have made the Freestar Ranger suit more powerful. I think for me, I would have loved to have a really strong and high stat Vangaurd suit, Freestar Ranger suit and also a high stat Constellation suit. I find it funny how they show us wearing the constellation suit in the trailers and yet in reality no one wears it not because it looks bad, it looks great, but because it’s stats are trash. I’m hoping that in the dlc they maybe make a new constellation suit that acts as a high level suit and that is comparable to the highest stat suits in the game. I always thought it would be cool if a member of constellation like Vladimir or Noel could upgrade the constellation suits throughout the game and make them better and better. I might get this mod just because it has the UC aesthetic to the space suits and would work for when I roleplay as a vanguard and want to look like I’m in UC armour as well lol.
I was in the same boat as you I was tired of the narrow range of armors you are forced to use higher levels. But with this mod the armor not only looks dope but the stats are amazing. As well as have a very good perk roll that is actually useful
Looks amazing. A lot of the armor in game is lame, and at lvl 110 I still don’t see any good versions of the UC armor. The game is probably punishing me for ignoring the main campaign, or am doing something wrong.
There's only one vendor that sells the uc armour. And that's tied to thr vanguard questline. If you don't buy from them, you have to hope you grt lucky with drops

I'm not sure if your aware, but you have a limit of 100gb for mods on starfield

I spawned them in using console commands. You'll have to refresh the vendors inventory to get the ones you want
