Role Play means you will be given a set of questions and assign you a Role (exL, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Developer, Product Owner, etc). So they Judge how you solve those questions w.r.t the Role you are applying for.
Thanks for the clarification Prashanth. The question is why you should do this role play if you are applying for a single role. E.g: Developer. In that case, role play is simply acting as a developer in the team and then explaining how you will react to an incident like a production bug. Isn't it?
@@GermanyIsCalling Yes i gave many Roles as example. In Interview they get Role play based on the Role candidate is applying. its like aptitude and how best he/she can solve the use cases they ask.
What level of German language proficiency would be sufficient to apply for jobs posted in German ? Would it be adequate to have a B2 level for such jobs or one has to have a native level (C1/C2) fluency?
Usually B2 or C1 is expected for such jobs
