    Carolina Da Costa, PhD, is a partner at Mauá Asset Management. She helps build new business models to support entrepreneurship, ESG, and impact. She has over 20 years of experience in high-growth, non-profit, social-impact projects and organizations based on innovative strategic models of action and governance. She served as the Vice President at Insper and served as the Dean of Undergraduate programs, all while leading the Entrepreneurship Center.
    Tahirou Assane is the Director of Brightline at Project Management Institute (PMI).
    Previously, he served as the deputy director of infrastructure and project management group in the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) supporting the successful implementation of peacebuilding, humanitarian, and development projects around the world. Prior to his time with the United Nations, he worked as a senior project manager with the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario.
