I've baked so much bread. Ground my wheat and mixed all by hand. A machine like that could have spoiled me. 🤗

Second loaf look good. I never make 2 lb loafs because of the time. I make all my bread do not buy any. You mat already know this but just a tip please for best results buy bread machine yeast and keep it in the freezer and you do not have to let it come to room tempt just straight from freezer. One more tip your measurements really need to be accurate. Not being bossy just a few tips to help since you are new to machine bread making. It can be such a wonderful addition to your kitchen. If you have a failure just try again. Go to Pintress there are a million great bread recipes for the bread machine . Happy baking.
