This is a great information. I moved my studio during COVID-19 lockdown due to rent increase. Needed some ideas for a tight floor budget. Would you please share your spec? Thank you so much!
I believe what she meant is that by using these foam tiles you can cut smaller squares and affix them to the underside of the wood with adhesive. Sprung floors have air space between these smaller squares. This creates slight flexibility in the flooring which is better for your body. You would not just simply lay the wood floor on top of the solid foam squares as this would not create the air space necessary for sprung floors. The following video shows the process, but instead of cut up foam tiles, they cut up pool noodles:ua-cam.com/video/TtDKqy8Atgg/v-deo.html&ab_channel=OpenConceptConstruction
This helps me so much, almost lost my left foot in a car accident... and I have a dream floor for shock absorbance. (Kinda like the new playgrounds) with a pool mat this grippy side lol ❤ ty for this !
Thank you for sharing! Can you please share the spec sheet.
Where is the download?
Can i get the specs, please. We are actually working on our studio at this very moment. Thank you for sharing.
Can you just put down the rubber mats and then the sheet on top? Like maybe glue the sheet to the large intact rubber mats?
Hi! Do you still share the specs for the floor? Thank you
I know this is an older video but can I still get the specs sheet for the sprung floor? Thanks!

Nice simple and clear vid. Was interested in why you have to cut up the 2 foot (?) square mats into multiple small pieces, thanks
