Oh man, when can I move there? That has got to be the most depressing place I have seen, and I have been to the third whirld (intensional spelling) I found the first bit of music very moving, if not fitting. I am in Australia in winter and the weather is finer than that for most of the day. The place is more attractive in a general sense as well. Outer Melbourne western suburbs.
