This city has turned into trash. No one cares here, not even the people that lives here. They want to get out but they can't afford to leave so the people have no choice. The mayor is corrupted and now under a federal investigation along with other business leaders. The city is a great example of this country's poor policies and greed. This country continues to let criminals get away with everything and we got two old white man that's running for president for this country. USA is a joke, nobody respects this country. Everyone only comes to this country to take everything, take all the resources. Once they are all dried up, they leave and move on.
Can't be that deserted for all the parked cars on the street that's see in the video? From the Governor to the State and county Administration who are responsible for allowing this homeless situation to escalate to what is happening. There's nothing being done to bring relief to those who live responsibly and pay their fair share in taxes who have to live surrounded by chaos.
Years ago, i used to shop in those neighborhoods. With a little i earned, i could dress nice.The street had vendors who know how to talk for you to buy their merchandise. Ì have once a man sold me a gold ring,he took my hand and said were is the ring your baby dad put on your finger,he put one on my finger and said give me $20.I bought a blanket as Zebras horse stripe.for $35. I still have them. The clothing stores, shoe stores, and fabric stores to upholsters my chairs.We must pray .Maybe GOD can make the people start going back to church and read their Bible.
This particular area, the police have a wait time before dispatch even answers your call when you dial 911. In the state of CA these women are rarely prosecuted as they are seen as victims even though prostitution is illegal. Most of these women are assumed trafficked and even though it’s minors or women being physically abused and purposely hooked on substances for control, the city just has too many problems to keep up with.
