Ingredients:
320ml (10.8 oz) lukewarm water
7g (0.25 oz) dry yeast
10ml (0.34 oz) oil or olive oil
50g (1.75 oz) whole wheat flour
10g (0.35 oz) salt
470g (16.5 oz) wheat flour
j15g (0.5 oz) diastatic barley malt
Knead
Set aside in a warm place for 1-2 hours
Form
Leave in a warm place for 40 - 60 minutes
Bake for about 30 minutes at 220°C (428°F) (After 15 minutes, remove the steamer)
