Sketchup Model from Plan for Interior Design

Maybe im just a bit of a newbie, but I really liked the tutorial although I wanted to know more of the shortcuts and all the small stuff you did. For example the stairs, the rounded tops of the windows and all these small details you went over really fast.
Do you have another tutorial where you go through these?
