The real brilliance of this man is that all he wants is to make people happy with the simplest possible actions. He is not there to make you think too much about a complex show nor to force his conventional arts on us, but his variations and diverse changes makes it clear that he likes the company of people and in return he makes them laugh. I feel that it is as simple as that, he sees laughter in what is all around him. Sometimes he is unpredictable but most of the time once you get to know his he is very predictable and knowing that we all like not to grow up, that seems to be his ingredient. A great man who gave his life to comedy, though his real life was not such an easy going one.
Yes he's great. I hate when comedians try show how actually they are really clever or now woke (e.g. Chris rock or Dara o briain ) , for me comedians should be funny and silly with no agenda

So the man climbs down the ladder to the barman, and the man says "he wilI have 4 pints of lager and I have two pints of lager and 2 whiskey chasers" the barman says "that's a very big order" and the man says "he's a very big giraffe", and the barman says that be £22.90p and the giraffe already drank 3 pints and then starts drinking the fourth pint and collapses. So the man pays for the drinks, then drinks them and starts making his way to the door. And the barman says "here you can't leave this lying here" and the man says "it's not a lion it's a giraffe".
They made "Je hebt er een uur werk aan" of it, "It will take an hour of time", where "uur werk" can be read as "uurwerk", which is a clock. Honestly the best they could do, IMO.
i dont think this is funny reeli compared to frankie boyle and sean lock, not my kinda comedy. I can see how ppl like it but one of greatest comedy sketches :( dnt fink so

comedy in the eara when you didn't need crude language to get laughs. Very few people are as naturally funny as Tommy was.
