To those concerned about brushing: these videos are sped up quite a bit and that distorts the brushing sound making it sound much worse than it really is. I'm not applying much pressure while brushing and the brush never makes contact with the skin. The sound you're hearing is the brush separating micro tangles in the puppy's fur, you'll notice it gets quieter when the tangles are cleared. If it were very aggressive brushing, I wouldn't have soo many dogs happily sit through it, which are just about all the dogs I groom.
It’s not just the brushing. I don’t hear you say one word of praise to this dog. He sits there for a very long time and all you say is “no”, “stop that”, “shhh”, etc. You even ask him if he wants to go for a ride half way through when you’re just teasing him! Poor thing gets so excited and you don’t even mean it. How could you treat a dog this way?! Abominable in my eyes. I don’t care how good the cut is- you ARE amazing at your skills no doubt, but if you were my groomer I would run the other way and never go back.
I did mine at home. Not sure if I did it entirely correctly, but I really don’t have the extra money for the groomer, and the point is for her well-being, anyway. I just want her comfortable and healthy. I’ve gotten comments that it looks good, so I guess I’ll just believe people, lol. 😂
I groom my miniature Schnoodle and it is harder than it looks for sure ! I am low income and can't afford to pay so much for grooming but seeing these types of videos (plus I used to work in a grooming place not as a groomer but saw a lot) It IS hard and you have to be business like with the dog for the dog's safety. I can't afford to pay but I understand why it costs what it does

The thing that I didn't like was that she wasn't being careful around the eyes. If the dog had moved the bristles of the brush would go right into the eye, those things can do a lot of damage.

bikergurl50 groomers are professionals, if you don’t understand what they are doing ask before you pass judgment. They know what they are doing and treat dogs with respect and compassion, most have dogs themselves. I say this because I’m a groomer myself and I feel that there are a lot of misconceptions people have about what we do. I understand being protective over an anxious dog, but it can be frustrating when people try to tell us how to do our job. Most dogs we do are well accustomed to the grooming process and if it’s to much of a struggle for either us or the dog, we don’t do it. If your dog is that anxious you shouldn’t bring it to the groomers in the first place. My advice to you is to groom your dog yourself. That way grooming will be a happy experience for not only your pup, but you to. I find that grooming my dog at home is a great bonding time for us and he loves it!

Saying it again for the ones in the back!! I have a golden doodle and I know how tough they can be to groom. Anna- very fine job! You make me want to tip my groomer better!
You groom the dog's face beautifully. I've had a hard time finding good videos on how to do this but your technique is quick with the trimmer and the use of the scissors to clean up gives a nice result. Thanks for sharing. Also, although the video is sped up, you are gentle and handle the dog nice too.
Don't have a dog, yet this was fascinating. So much work! And all the snipping around the face w those shears! He tolerated it pretty well given his anxiety level. Curious about how groomers handle dogs who can't handle all that. She mostly talked to correct rather than to soothe, but she's amazing at her job, so she knows what's best...just something I noticed. Fascinating.
I suppose her objective was grooming the dog, not soothing it, and her voice is a tool to achieve that goal. How long did the groom take (when not sped up)?
Nice video, ñew to your channel Your technique on supporting the dog with your knee is very good. I watch groomers ALOT and you are the first to do that ....bet the dog feels safe and supported.

She obviously isn’t a dog lover. No way would I want her hands on my dog!!! The owner of Teddy must care more about the look of the cut than the treatment of their dog. Just sad.

This is by far my favorite grooming video. This is the style I want for my goldendoodle, I hope I can learn from this. Unfortunately Juneau won't let me use clippers or get into his toes. I fear that since goldendoodles are very rare here in France, they're going to do a poodle cut which I don't want! So I haven't been to a groomer's yet. Been doing it all myself with shears! The result is far from Teddy's beautiful cut! Thank you for posting this video.
I learned quite a few helpful techniques watching this video, I told my dog he better watch out because I’m coming his way with some new skills and he’s going to look fab! Lol. Also watching your scissor work was very satisfying, wonderful job. The camera work was good as well to see how you were doing the tricky parts. Thank you 🌻

I'm so excited to see you making these videos! I envy your work on Insta, as a fellow Twin Cities groomer. You are so talented! I'm only 3 years in and just got into my first private shop 6 months ago. Excited to learn and grow beyond my very basic training through Petco 3 years ago! Videos like this are very helpful.(:
Nana Tink Treasures I’m sure it had a lot to do with the negative comments she received from jealous groomers and/or groupies of one certain groomer on UA-cam. They are hiding behind a keyboard aka keyboard bullies. I hope one day that she will start posting on Ytube again because these bullies win if she doesn’t. She is a breath of fresh air from certain groomers on UA-cam that shaves 99.9% of their clients.
I'm am in love with this pup. You are so gentle and understanding with him as well. I used to groom my pup and it was work...backache, the fluff flying all over of the place, and the resistance.
You are incredible! I have been watching a different UA-cam groomer for a couple of months but just found you today and WOW the difference is shocking. You deserve more subscribers. Great job!
27:30 CLEARLY hurts the dog as it cry’s out in pain , doesn’t stop , just shushes the dog !! 😡 would want her touching my dog EVER and has actually put me off using ANY groomer !!
I groom my little dog and I have never seen a groomer use scissors so much, rather than the shaving tool. I was MORTIFIED she was using pointy scissors! If the dog was to make a swift move, those scissors would cut him/her. I use the same type but NON POINTY. All that said she did a great job and I did learn a few tricks, so well done! Thank you for uploading!
Lol "no,stop that" when i have poodle or a doodle.on the table i feel like im like pleading " no no no no, i beg of you.. i got one side perfect.. do not forsake me..!" 😫🙏🐩 pray to the poodle lol.

I guess I will be grooming my mini golden doodle for awhile because of the “stay at home” policy in VA! This was very very helpful. You do a wonderful job. Wish I knew what the different comb sizes are that you use.
Omgness and here I thought the groomer shaved my pup before combing him out. I thought they were trying to get sways with an easy job by shaving him so low. Mad respect to all the good groomers out there.
Yea no lol we have to prep the coat, blow dry & brush it out to get the clippers to glide through like that. Unless matted, then yea we have the shave with a 10.
Beautiful work! I Appreciate that the snap-comb lengths shown! Also got a good camera person, I don't get headaches from all that movement that happens. But was the brand of blade under the snap-combs mentioned? Is it Andis Ultraedge?
This is very nice thank you for the video! I wanted to ask is this like a summer cut for a goldendoodle? So you used a (C comb) on head what did you use on the body? And lots of scissor work I see!
One thing I learned is to bathe, brush again, and blow-dry *before* cutting! My Standard Goldendoodle is VERY curly and I've had a heck of a time getting her coat even. Now I know why! 😂😂😂
That looked exhausting! I agree with comments about please link your products used. Beautiful end result. I subscribed and don’t even have a dog that requires grooming!

Here from pro groomers!!!! Love the video and definitely learned some things and just loved watching you groom. Saw some products I want to test too!!
She’s good at the job but I’m disgusted but the way she treats this dog. She asks if he wants to go for a ride when they aren’t going anywhere?! Poor guy gets excited for a minute again and again. She obviously isn’t a dog lover. No way would I want her hands on my dog!!! The owner of Teddy must care more about the look of the cut than the treatment of their dog. Just sad.
@@beckystotts6110 yup me too i said the same thing she was so aggressive most groomers will talk and and go slow and comfort the dog it and it yelp when she was cutting it with scissors and when she pulled its leg up like that sure it hurt
He's adorable!
This groom is impeccable!!!! WOWZERS
Very thorough and precise grooming. The best I’ve seen. Better than even hair stylist for humans!
Can you list the number of the clipper you use for the head and body. I can't see it in video
She used a C comb on top of the head, a 1.25 comb on the sides of the head & a 2 comb on the body (:

Whoa…amazing job and very skilled!! beautifully finished, what a good looking boy🥰

What clippers do you use please and guards. Love this video. Really helpful.
OMG!! This takes patients and skills. I have my Cocker Spaniel groomed every eight weeks. There’s a lot to this
nice i have a double doodle search them up their rly cool
Too funny! I found myself saying, “Stop” a lot while watching this... great job Anna!
I don't know why you stopped your videos. I love watching the fast process. You are awesome. I hope you start doing videos again, please.
@@Heh3469 shes mean to animals thats why
I'm am in love with this pup. You are so gentle and understanding with him as well. I used to groom my pup and it was work...backache, the fluff flying all over of the place, and the resistance.
Love the scissors. What thinning shears are they?
You are incredible! I have been watching a different UA-cam groomer for a couple of months but just found you today and WOW the difference is shocking. You deserve more subscribers. Great job!
27:30 CLEARLY hurts the dog as it cry’s out in pain , doesn’t stop , just shushes the dog !! 😡 would want her touching my dog EVER and has actually put me off using ANY groomer !!
I saw that. Not impressed by that kind of tactic
I've been a bather for 6 years now so this was very helpful watching how u did his face. Doodles are so time consuming I'm slowly learning how to groom
I guess I will be grooming my mini golden doodle for awhile because of the “stay at home” policy in VA! This was very very helpful. You do a wonderful job. Wish I knew what the different comb sizes are that you use.

She did an awesome job. Looks great!
Did everyone miss the pup ( I hope) farting at 41:00 literally dying laughing!
Jason Morris or her saying “not nice” 😂
If so it sounded like they were trying to hold back their laughter.
Incredible job! I thought this was a tutorial. Yes it taught me to take her to a REAL PROFESSIONAL! Lesson learned. Its a real skill you have!
Came here from Instagram. Please make more videos. Love watching your work. You're so talented! ☺
More, more :). Ty
Excellent!!! When I use a snap on it Never comes out that sharp and clean! I use. 40 blade! Enjoyed!
She did a great job on him and I learned a lot!
Such a beautiful doggo!!
A patient and lovely dog!
Did the dog fart towards the end? Lol. I have a new found respect for you groomers, I didn't know how much went into doing it. ♡♡
What shampoo(s) and conditioners are you using? Thank you.
Same
That looked exhausting! I agree with comments about please link your products used. Beautiful end result. I subscribed and don’t even have a dog that requires grooming!
love love love the groom would love to know the type of siccors you use ! :)
You are a amazing groomer. I really learn from u. Thank u for this video. And can u please tell us the brand of your scissor PLEASE. And also what products u use. I would really appreciate it. Thank u
He's so cuuute🥰🥰🥰 Great job!
