Yeah I was considering getting one but this issue put me off, instead I opted for a 2003 Toyota Corolla. 😂
I know theirs such similar cars, in price and luxury… but I guess thats the only reason why any wine would pick a Corolla over a g class

@@d4v0y the most recent refresh had a very heavy redesign on chassis, and a lot of the militant limitations have been addressed.

As a person in Mercedes-Benz sales. It drives unlike anything else I like that it’s like this keeps it interesting for me. If you want a G you don’t want anything else.

Yes I know exactly what you mean when you put your foot down it's almost like it starts doing what it wants and you are constantly trying to correct it While it's hoping all over the place, It's like the tyres are not always in contact with the road. I've said it again and again it's a scary car to drive when you put your foot down. But it sounds crazy especially with the brabus exhaust.
Especially the rear spare tire when backing up... Theres no thought behind adding a sensor on the wheel itself
My mom has 2 G wagons. G wagons used to be or like a mini tank they’re not supposed to be a sports car.

I drove the G550 and it’s similar to what he’s talking about but probably worse since there’s not enough power. Steering and handling is quite shite on the 550, like a square boat like he said. I want my boat to feel round when driving

@@laytonliddell2198 it's not for the average driver.. I used to have a 2001 G500 15 years ago and It handled better than most average sedans at the time even on a wet surfaces and the recent models handle even better.
It’s not a suv. This is a 4x4.

Sport SUV is such a stupid Idea, in a 4x4 suv I want higher torque idc about bhp.
That's why Diesel SUVs are always more pleasing to drive.
Keep sports for 2 doors and smaller cars
The reason for this is because it is a off road vehicle with a bias towards off roading.
This is probably why you see Range Rover sports everywhere because they actually handle very well

@@mr25cent No because it is an offroader by its construction. Originally it never was built to be some rich girl car. Its a serious off roader with center, front and rear lock diffs that can get through almost anything with proper tires.

BMW can navigate corners or turns at higher speeds, and is less likely to lose control in sudden changes, it has way better stability and handling than Mercedes.
BMW however dousn´t have a Offroad-Vehicle, this isn´t a good comparison.

I'm holding on to my 2012 e-class wagon with sport pack. Most have been shipped to Eastern Europe now, so it's not too common. It's the last of the line with unique lines and good looks. It's going to the painter tomorrow for a week for some aesthetic renovations, my gift to myself for quitting smoking. The mechanical is in perfect condition. It's been taken care of by the dealer since I bought it. It costs, but there are no concerns. Their chief mechanic is a serious man as I am a serious client. They have a great selection of barely used cars from customers who didn't understand the price of ownership.
