It's a shame the residents didn't start walking and get out sooner. People are supposed to leave a fire, run from volcano lava and evacuate, take cover when you get warnings of a tornado.
Some people die for no reason.
This video shows people aware and packed but should have evacuated sooner before the police arrived.
