    Thanks mate really appreciate the upload. Mine have lots of brown spots on them going to check for the white ring around them.

    I think prevention is the key.. applying copper fungicide will help to prevent this disease and also this is considered an eco friendly treatment

    Could you compost the leaves still, or do you recommend binning them? That seems alot of foliage to waste. 😔

      I thought the same but from the reading up I've done, the safest thing seems to be get rid or burn. It's to do with having complete control over your compost bin temperatures and making sure it's well killed off otherwise you end up harbouring it over winter and when it comes to using your compost, you are unknowingly blighting your allotment again for want of a better phrase. It's possible though, so maybe have a read and see what you think
