What makes this even more sad is that seeing the robot all alone and looking off in to the horizon towards the castle is just very emotional 😭

There is just something about this music that is so......indescribable. Once you hear it... it's like it's permanently engraved in your brain. I remember watching this when I was like 3 and now I'm 13 and I still remember this song. The moment I heard this song,I fell in absolute love with it. Also,the robot just standing there and saluting Laputa was so so sad and this music.....I cant get enough of it. Anyways,enjoy the music and have a blessed life. I wish yall and yalls family well.

For nearly two and a half decades the theme to *Laputa: Castle In The Sky* has played on my heartstrings, no other melody before or after has come close to the amount of emotions this song gives.
This music stole my heart, the duo joe hisaishi and hayao miyazaki is just perfect 🥺🥺🥺

A bit more of the Joe Hisaishi greatness. This is one of the earliest Miyazaki/Hisaishi films. And it has one of my favorite main themes in anime.
This is sooooo good one of my favourite anime movies its really deep and this version some how makes it better thank you for making it

I'm on a quest to find a single word (from one language or another) to express the sentiment of "longing/nostalgia for thing that never were and places I've never been" (which is not the same as nostalgia of past times).
Some candidates that come close but are still not quite right are:
- _Saudade_ from Portuguese: More or less longing for something/someone that you feel like you'll never find.
- _Sehnsucht_ from German: Similar to Saudade but seems to be more abstract, the feeling that something is missing that would make life better but you don't quite know what it is.
- _Fernweh_ also from German: Longing for far away places and, by extension, places you've never been.

+roschan dalis Good luck learning how to play it. I've been playing Violin for six years, I took six months off to learn Alto Saxophone then started private lessons, and I still can't nail all the high parts in this piece.
Well good luck to you too but I still have a long way to go I mean I just started learning and I might have to quit soon due to having school but I hope that I can at least know how to play without hearing the grrrrr hope you know what I mean 😅

This tune brings me back memories, where we were sitting on the bed with the sheets over us and watching this film on your small laptop from the 90's. We laughed, we had fun. The next day in the morning I went outside to see the sun rise over the sea that can be spotted from the main bedroom, you are sleeping, such a sweet face. I never knew it would've been unforgettable. The sunrise, the cold winter wind, your sweet smile. It' just a perfect picture~
