the sheer majesty of this soothingly fluid electric piece of music is something that cannot be described by words, it must be experienced, i suggest we all allow this music to take us on a journey of feeling and emotional discovery into the depths of our beings.... hisashi's music combined with miyazaki's artistically creative genius has provided us with a doorway to eternity, i wanna see what is on the other side....

Absolutely perfect! But I am so sad I will probably never have an opportunity to see something like that live, Central Europe (Czech republic) is too far from Japan and Hisaishi is almost unknown here :-( I love his music, expecially from Miyazaki movies, wonderfull combination!

Words fail me, and are not enough to explain the feelings, emotions, and pure joy felt while listening to this piece. Joe Hisaishi is a musical genius of this era, unfortunately not very well known in the western world. His love for the music he composes, the joy he has while playing or directing are amazing. I can be stressed to the max, all I need is 30 seconds of Joe Hisaishi music, and my being relaxes. Live forever, Joe. Humanity needs your joy expressed in music.

I have just watched a wonderful performance by the great James Morrison, and I suddenly thought about this one performance. Would it be that Timothy Morrison is James's brother ? About same age, looks very much alike. It is not rarity that families share talents. That would be some coincidence. Just out of curiosity.

American trumpeter Tim Morrison prolific on soundtracks, a lot of John Williams's movies, NBC nightly news theme, Boston pops, and a guest artist worldwide. Tim has retired now if I'm not mistaken.
