You know something else. I could never understand how chicken foot soup would taste different & better than jamaican chicken soup BUT the difference in taste & texture is amazing!! Mom used to try to get me to eat chicken foot, cow foot & cow cod soup.... I would look at her like she lost her mind!! I understand all the rave now... almost 42 years later!! Lolol My son will get a bowl tonight
I followed your instructions to the letter & my soup came out WICKED!!!! The only Yankee in my family, so you must know I'm proud. I don't eat the foot though (lolol) ... I can't do it!! Lolo I did put yellow yam in it as well. Blessings!!! My mom is so sad she'll not here to taste it!! Lolol the pics I took speak volumes!! & a little video of course
