1/4 cup chopped onion

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (usually from 1 sleeve)
