The people are nice, the place is full of energy, and there is always something different to see! You can always depend on me providing videos from Tondo Manila Philippines, and stay tuned for more Good Deeds projects in the near future! And is Tondo safe? From experience, absolutely! But just like any other place, it is wise to take general precautions because every situation is always different. I always recommend visiting with a companion or friend.

That's true, wherever you go and it's not a familiar place, always best to visit with someone. Tondo is a very interesting place and there's a lot to see around. My favorite place in Tondo is the marketplace. I'm honestly amazed at how clean the marketplace streets are on this video from what I remember many years back. It is commendable that the local government has made improvements on the area.
