Bois d'Arc Lake Update 1/29/2024: More Rain Forecasted

Bois d'Arc Lake Update: The recent downpours have brought the lake to 71.4% or 526.98 MSL (FT). Nevertheless, the sunny days ahead, with temperatures in the 60s and 70s, may increase evaporation. However, we expect an inch or more of rain later this week on top of the ground being partially saturated. The latest footage reveals that the west side of the lake timber is sparse, and some sections have fallen with most if not all trees dying. Even though we couldn't capture any top-water action, we managed to snap some remarkable shots of the wildlife. Can any of our outdoor experts identify these birds?
